Terminal 2 is reserved for most domestic flights while some flights from the US and Europe also arrive there. Terminal 2 is the central point of the airport complex of Cancun International Airport (CUN). It has 2 floors and 31 gates labeled A1-A9 and B1-B22.
Cancun airport has 22 gates on the first floor marked as B1-B22 for domestic and international flights. As Cancun is the second largest airport in the country its staff and management are highly professional. It has two arrival gates to deal with domestic and international flights separately to prevent crowd and mismanagement.

The airline Mexicana and Aeromexico has a waiting room for its VIP customers but if you are not traveling with any of these airlines can get for $35 usd per person to the waiting room VIP Lounge, where you will have massage chairs, drinks, Snacks, TV, unlimited internet access, bathroom, wardrobe, and all the amenities to await their flight.
